Near Miss on Hwy 4 Causes Accident Near Jackass Gulch
Lake Alpine, CA...A 71 year old Oakland man was driving his 2008 Toyota eastbound on Hwy 4 while a 53 year old Stockton man was riding his 2012 Harley Davidson westbound. Both drivers claimed that the other was driving on the wrong side of the road at the time of the collision. Although neither vehicle made contact with the other the Harley left the roadway on the north shoulder and overturned...
The Stockton Couple was transported to Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital with moderate injuries and the Harley sustained moderate damage as well....
