CSTARS Beauty and The Beast Starts July 26th and Breat Harte Performing Arts Center
Angels Camp, CA...Our local theater company, Calaveras Sings! Theater Arts Repertory for Kids – more lovingly known as CSTARS! Kids – will be presenting their SEVENTH show. They have secured the rights to present Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Ann Mazzaferro is directing 90 talented local kids from all over Calaveras County , ages 5 to 18, in two casts. They will be presenting six opportunities for you to enjoy this timeless Disney classic. Performances will be at the Bret Harte Theater in Angels Camp, July 26th, 27th – 7:00 pm; Saturday, July 28th – 2:00 matinee, 7:00 evening; Sunday, July 29th – 2:00 matinee, 7:00, Tickets are $5.00 for students under 12 and seniors; $10.00 general admission...

Attention all pinetree followers. Quit bitching about Obama for one day and come see this show. These kids do an amazing job. CSTARS is a very well run group, that always produces great shows from our local youth. There is lots of different show times to choose from and there was so many kids, the director had to double cast. You can see 2 different shows with different casts.
This is an event that needs all our support. Its promoting our youth, and our community.
