Calaveras County Visitors Bureau Annual Dinner. Updated with Video
San Andreas, CA Last night at The Pickle Patch Restaurant was the Calaveras County Visitors Bureaus Annual Dinner. Ironstone Vineyards was honored with the Innovation in Tourism Award for 2007. Outgoing Board President Mike Kristoff of Greenhorn Creek gave a nice speech about the tourism wins this last year. The Bureau saw significant gains in members this year and their great website is now approaching 2,000 vists a day. Lisa Boulton from Underground Adventures is the new Board President for 2007-2008....

Calaveras County now has over 1,000,000 tourists per year and the numbers are steadily climbing. With the combination of the Lakes, Caves, Wineries, High County, Golf and more. Calaveras County is increasingly becoming a true vacation destination.
The Calaveras County Visitors Bureau works tirelessly to promote Calaveras County and Tourism in the area.
