Dr. Steven Mills Joins Hospital Medical Staff
San Andreas, CA...Steven Mills, M.D. has joined the active medical staff at Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital and will practice general medicine at the Family Medical Center in Valley Springs, specializing in Family Practice. Dr. Mills joined Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital to “embrace the spirit in which family practice was established, in a community that sees the importance of family, children and personal fulfillment.” ...
Dr. Mills received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of California, San Diego, and his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, British West Indies. He completed both an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester and a Family Practice residency at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia prior to opening his private practice in general medicine in Wheeling. “Although I have only been in the community a very short time, I have been overwhelmed with the kind welcome I have received and feel as if I am already a long-standing member of the Community” said Dr. Mills.
“We are very pleased to have Dr. Mills on our medical staff and practicing within our Family Medical Centers in Valley Springs” said Dr. Rafael Rosado, Medical Director for the hospital’s five Family medical Centers. “His experience and training will certainly prove to be an asset to this community,”
