The Amador Student Music Fund Presents the 3rd Annual "For Kids Only" Music Show!
Amador County, CA....The Amador Student Music Fund presents the 3rd Annual "For Kids Only" Music Show on Saturday, March 26th at 1pm. Starring GEFF CRAWFORD and ADAM GOTTSTEIN. Songs for Kids, Funny Songs, Sing-alongs and a magic trick or two... or maybe even three!!! Doors open at 12:45. Event held at Thomi's Banquet Room in Jackson, 627 South Highway 49. ADMISSION is $5.00 AT THE DOOR and A CAN OF FOOD FOR THE FOOD BANK.....
*CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES!

ASMF is an independent 501(c)3 music program founded in 2008 with the mission to provide and promote the integration of music into the lives of disadvantaged students in order to enhance students' academic performance and creative and general development.
ASMF serves to provide instruments and weekly music instruction for EVERY child who wants to learn to play an instrument.
What people seem to forget about children is that while math and science are essential components of early education, so is MUSIC. In fact, one could argue that without a proper education in music, math and science skills are harder to attain. A proper education in music is like having math, science, social studies and history all rolled into one.
Music is not just frivolous playtime for the kids - it's essential to a proper and well-rounded education. It's intrinsic to the life experience, teaching us to relate to our world in invaluable ways. That we haven't done a better job educating the public about this is one of our great failings as a community.
ASMF makes music lessons a reality for many children who would otherwise have limited or no exposure to music.
