Electrical Power Transformer Cause of Small Grass Fire in Columbia on Sunday

Columbia, CA....A 1/4 acre grass fire broke out on Sunday at the 21000 block of Shaws Flat Road. Cause of the the fire was an electrical power transformer. Damages were $50. CAL Fire released enclosed...
