Celebration of Life Set for Mountain Ranch's Jerry Yates
Mountain Ranch, CA...Jerry Yates grew up in Indiana. He served his country for nine years, including three tours of duty in Vietnam. Jerry was a twenty-one year resident of Mountain Ranch and owner of 'The Gas Station.' He was a proud member of the Marines MC....
Friend to many, he was always there for anyone who needed him. He contributed to many local charities and will be missed by all.
Surviving him is his wife of thirty-nine years, Jackie Yates, his children, Jami Southard, Johnny and Jered Yates, grandchildren Jon, Marisa, Johnny, James, Jordan, and Raina, two brothers, David and Michael Yates, and two sisters, Jill Osborne and Shirley Black.
Graveside Service will be held Sunday, August 29 at 3PM at the Mountain Ranch Cemetery. A Celebration of Jerry's Life is set to follow immediately after at Mountain Ranch Community Park. Guests are welcome to bring food to the proceedings if possible.
