Spring on into Calaveras County where spring is in the air and the daffodils are in bloom!
On Saturday the 17th, Ironstone’s Daffodil Days Celebration presents the prestigious Northern California Daffodil Society, who will conduct their annual show in Ironstone’s caverns from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Don't miss this opportunity to see amazing floral specimens and speak with gardening experts. Bob Spotts and Nancy....
Tuckette from the Daffodil Society will provide a free presentation "You haven't seen daffodils yet". The day concludes with a Daffodil Gourmet Buffet Dinner in the Ironstone Heritage Room and visual presentation by Mr. Spotts, "Daffodils and Ironstone". Admission is $25 per person, with a no host bar available. A complimentary bus provided by Calaveras Transit will take visitors between free parking at the winery and Main St. in Murphys from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm.
