Jenny's Kids March Recipe!~By Jenny Baxter
Happy St. Patrick’s Day Lasses and Lads.....This day is for wearing green and pinching those that don’t! It is also about shamrocks and luck and anything green and gold. Did you know that St. Patrick is known for driving the snakes form Ireland? And that we celebrate the day he died? Now, I am not sure that there were ever any snakes in Ireland, but that would be a good project for you....

I am going to share a special fruit salad with you that you can eat on St. Patrick’s Day and any other day of the year you choose to. Here it is....
Emerald Green Fruit Salad with Golden Honey Yogurt Dip
2 kiwi
2 green apples
1 green pear
1 cup green grapes
Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Cut and core the apple into wedges. Wash and cut the pear into chunks. Wash the grapes and pat them dry after removing them form the stem.
Place all the fruit into a bowl and mix. Place the dressing in a bowl and dip with the pieces of fruit.
Yogurt Dip
Carton vanilla yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey
Mix the yogurt with the honey and place in a bowl.
Well, it’s thyme to go!
