It is Time for Our Community to Do What We are So Good At....Come Together for Josh Bridges....$10,000 Worth of Donations Raised So Far!
Calaveras County, CA.....Local resident, Josh Bridges was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. There has been a website set up to follow his progress http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/joshbridges. This page will help raise funds for his health care, give benefit and fundraiser information, updates on Josh, and provide ways people can help support Josh and his family. Mission:
To support Josh during and after treatment, raise cancer awareness, and provide financial support for Josh and his family.
The community has come together and will be hosting “The Josh Bridges Medical Benefit Fundraiser” on April 24th, 2010 at the Native Son’s Hall in Murphy’s. The event will consist of a dinner, dance, silent auction, and raffle. Please join us in support of this local man and his family in their time of need.
The event will include:
- Spaghetti Dinner and Dance
- Donation Bar
- Amazing raffle prizes
- Awesome auction items
- Best of all, a community of people all joining together to support Josh and his family.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. Ages 6 and under are free.
All proceeds from this event will go to Josh and his family to help alleviate medical costs.
