Valley Springs Resident, Cynthia Renae (Nelson) Culver, Passed Away on February 28th, 2010

Valley Springs, CA.....Cynthia Renae (Nelson) Culver, 47, passed away suddenly in her sleep on Feb 28, 2010 at her home in Valley Springs, CA where she had resided for the past 5 years. Cyndi was born in Denver, CO. May 06, 1962, graduated from Canoga Park High School and attended some college. She married Mark Culver of San Diego, CA on December 12, 2009. She was an install coordinator for Lowes in Jackson, CA. Cyndi loved nature, the outdoors, her horses and cats; she enjoyed horse back riding, hiking, camping and spending time at the river and at the beach. Her gentle accepting way with people, bright smile, .....i

infectious laugh and friendly loving nature were some of her gifts.

She is survived by her husband Mark Culver of Valley Springs CA, her brother Greg Nelson of Lake Forest, CA, her sister Julie (Jim) St. Peter of Phoenix, AZ, nephew Austin St. Peter of Phoenix, AZ, and her father David Nelson of Newport Beach, CA. She is also survived by 3 aunts, Carole (Dick) Sorensen of Rochester, Judeen Peck of Ukiah, CA, Greta (George) Ploetz of Eden Prairie, MN, and 1 uncle John (Linda) Peck of Rochester, MN. Her mother Lucille (Jean) Nelson, an aunt and her grandparents preceded her in death.

Cyndi’s body was cremated and a celebration of life service was held on March 6, 2010.

From the time Cyndi was a little girl she displayed many of the qualities that we know and love: She was playful and fun, stubborn and funny, genuine and sweet. The little girl blossomed into a beautiful woman. Cyndi was generous and compassionate, caring, kind and gentle. She was a great listener and an encouraging friend. She was easy to talk to and lots of fun to be with. Her vitality and the joy of her laugh were frequent and pleasurable gifts. She was devoted and committed to those she loved, even her pets (critters as Mark called them) got five star treatment. She made us feel like a million bucks. We are very grateful for the time and experiences we shared. We love and appreciate you still Cyndi. The memory of you continues to live on, warming our hearts, easing our minds and lifting our spirits. We are blessed!
