Murphys, CA...Peggy Fleming delivered the first in the MTSJ Hospital "Let's Talk Health" luncheon lecture series at Ironstone. today. Looking beautiful, elegant and youthful at 61, Peggy talked about her life, skating career, Olympic Gold, this years Olympics including her accident in the Vice-President's motorcade in Vancouver and more. She also talked about her battle against, and victory over breast cancer...

She talked about the value of early detection and treatment.
The winery setting for the speech was fitting as she and her husband own and operate Fleming Jenkins Vineyards & Winery in Los Gatos. The donate 2 dollars from every bottle sold to breast cancer research. To date they have raised over $35 Thousand for the Breast Cancer cause.
There were some touching connection with the audience. One lady was diagnosed shortly after Peggy and used Peggy's fight as motivation to be her own cancer. Also in a attendance as a high school classmate of hers.
Peggy was also gracious enough to stick around and answer as many questions as the audience wanted to ask and also made herself available after the speech for photos, questions and autographs...
