Personal Appearance
Personal appearance makes a very important impression on guests. All employees are asked to comply with grooming and uniform standards to help create a consistent, friendly, and specialized look and presentation. A clean, neat, professional appearance is expected of all staff. Employees must have hair neatly combed and of a natural hair color. Men's hair must be pulled back in a ponytail if exceeding collar length. Beards, mustaches and goatees are permitted, but must be neatly trimmed and fully-grown prior to employment. Men are to be otherwise clean shaven. Employees may wear a maximum of four earrings in their ears only. Body or facial piercings are not to be worn at work. Tattoos must be covered while at work.

When considering joining the BVMT team, we ask that you make plans for transportation and housing. The surrounding area has no public transportation and limited seasonal housing.
