Hazel Fischer Elementary Fall Festival!~by Stefan Nilsen, ThePineTree Teen
Arnold, CA....Sunday, October 25th, was a very exciting day at Hazel Fischer Elementary School. The field was packed with tents and booths containing Halloween magic. These booths ranged from ball toss and mini golf to facepainting and a bake sale. The little kids dressed up, some scary others just plain cute. A few super heroes patrolled the grass and playground keeping a watchful eye out for rowdy goblins and rambunctious skeletons. Also this fest held host to some royalty. Queens and Princesses nobly played the games and watched the jester. Lastly, but surely not least crazy haired witches and vampires lurked about the candy apples and punch bowls.....

Jeremiah the juggler/Magician/ Daredevil graced the crowd with his "awe" inspiring tricks and juggles. His act provided various forms of crazy juggling with knifes, his feet and also his chin. In addition to his awesome juggling and Chinese yo yo skills, Jeremiah also conjured a "magic bubble” and dressed up a student as a hilarious clown and spun a ball upon a "magic unicorn horn" placed in her unknowing hands.
When I attended Hazel Fischer, the fall festival was always a crowd pleaser and attended by young and old. This year did not cease to impress and I encourage anyone who loves Halloween and wants to have a good time with his or her child to try to go in the years to come.
