County Counsel will be discussing granting tentative approval for an agreement to transfer land to the Administrative Office of the Courts for courthouse construction; A Minute Order authorizing Board Chair to sign a contract with Environmental Alternatives for a maximum of $84,000 for the term May 19th, 2009 through June 30, 2010 to help implement the Transitional Housing Placement-Plus program; The Bret Harte Benefit Basin Update urgency measure will be discussed; A closed session with Bill Claudino vs. the County of Calaveras will take place and more.
