A New Christian Church Joining the Community Tomorrow in Honor of Good Friday
Angels Camp, CA...We would like to welcome a new church that has joined our community. Refuge is located at 172 S. Main Street in Altaville. They will be celebrating Good Friday tomorrow evening at 7pm. You can also join them for Easter Sunday at 10am and every Sunday at 10am. Lead Pastor is Shawn McCamey. "A Community of Faith Hope and Love. We are a group of people who have been saved by Jesus Christ and desire to follow Him. Our mission, as a church, is to glorify God through lives that are being transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.....

Our vision is to communicate the unchanging truth of the person and work of Jesus Christ in a way that everyone in our community can comprehend. Our desire is to raise up and equip people to bring glory to God and the light of Jesus into their respective communities.
We meet Sundays at 4:30 PM at our ministry center. We are located at 172 So. Main Street Altaville Ca. 95221. Child care is provided at this meeting."
When we stopped by to introduce ourselves, they were extremely friendly. So if you are looking for a Community based church, perhaps give Refuge a try. They would love to have you as their guest!
Something very special Refuge is also offering on the last Saturday every month.... you can join them the last Saturday of every month for “As You See Fit”. Come shop at our boutique, take what you need and pay what you can. The first one will be held on 4/25/09 from 11 to 3 pm. What an awesome thing to do especially during these tough times.
