Golden State Cellular Announces Alliance with CCWD for New Cell Sites ~by Darrell Slocum
Jamestown, CA...Golden State Cellular announced today agreements with Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) that will allow installation of additional GSC cell sites at CCWD facilities in: West Point, Forest Meadows and Big Trees all located in Calaveras County....
The agreements allow expansion of GSC cellular service in those areas, which helps protect the safety of area residents and CCWD employees who often work in remote locations. The following is a quote from CCWD Director Bertha Underhill; “Top communication is so essential and a real goal, in a lot of lives, here in the Sierras. Nothing pleases the Calaveras County Water District more than to be able to work toward these ends with Golden State Cellular.”
