Taco Bell Gets a Face Lift ~ By Andrea Silva
Angels Camp, CA....The long time local fast food favorite Taco Bell has been doing a bit of “freshening up”. Over the last several weeks crews have been working feverishly to update the site, which will soon brandish a more contemporary look.....
 
Several weeks ago a Tree Service team removed an old disease ridden tree that previously hung over the drive through on the northeast side of the property along with several other trees and shrubs that blocked the sidewalks and windows.
Construction crews have since resurfaced the stucco, re-designed the archways and painted it a bright southwestern color of burnt orange. The restaurant will also undergo an extensive remodel inside as well with new seating, booths, counter tops and more.
Today a crane is lifting the new Taco Bell signs into place. While the dine-in portion of the restaurant is closed during construction, the drive-through remains open, completion of the project is slated for March 29.2009
