15" of New Snow Hits Bear Valley!
Bear Valley, CA...15" of new snow as of 5:00am Monday morning. A change in the weather is in the forecast with snow that started to fall again Sunday Night and will continue into the week. Looks as though this next system could bring us .06 to .10 inches of water which translates into 4"-8" for the Sunday/Monday storm. Stay tuned to our forecasts for more info and come on up and rip some lines with us. Want a tip on where to ride? Ask a patroller, We love to give the inside track on where the gettin' is good. Also, if you need any questions answered while around the lodge, seek out any staff member with a Bear Valley Mtn logo on their jacket and they'll be happy to help out. Bear Valley Cross-Country center is open with 31 trails for a total of 46 kilometers available, 27 trails with groomed track and skating lanes and 4 snowshoe only trails. The Meadow Cafe and Sledding Hill are open for business daily.
