Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting on Wednesday January 21st, 2009

Calaveras County, CA...The Calaveras County Parks and Recreation Commission will meet on January 21st, 2009 at 6pm. They will be discussing Prop 40 Funding; The Master Recreation Plan and more. Full agenda enclosed....

5. Prop 40 Projects (30 minutes)
a. Summarize Status of Prop 40 Funding
b. Review of Prop 40 Project Progress by District (All Commissioners)
c. Discussion and possible resolution recommending to BOS that the $45,000
allocated from Prop 40 funds allocated for the employment of an Admin position be returned to the projects (Pat McGreevy)

b. Discussion of criteria for creating a balanced P & R facility plan for Analysis Areas

c. Critique of draft plan for the Blue Mountain Analysis Area. Discussion of how each
commissioner can produce a plan for their Analysis Area. (Pat McGreevy)
d. Public Input Process, discussion of process and critique of public input meetings
to date. (Mary Boblet, Dena McAfee)
7. TAC Meeting updates (5 Minutes)
a. Status of TAC Meetings, report of last meeting (Mary Boblet)
