1. Minutes of the meeting held December 16, 2008.
2. Finding that summaries of Ordinance Nos. 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3008, 3009 and
3010 were published December 19, 2008, in The Union Democrat as required by law.
3. Resolution No. 03-09 designating signature authority to the District Attorney to apply for the California Department of Insurance Workers’ Compensation Insurance Fraud Grant for fiscal year 2008-09.
4. Approving resolutions of certain school districts to reconsolidate their odd-numbered year district elections with the even-numbered year statewide general election.

5. Resolution No. 04-09 authorizing the County Tax Collector to conduct a public auction
of tax defaulted properties.
6. Accepting the Clerk of the Board’s 2008 Annual Report on Board appointed Advisory
Boards, Committees and Commissions.
7. Accepting the vacating events for the Tuolumne County Commission on Aging for
Gillian Herbert, Gerald Mayland, Thomas McHenry, Beverly Breed, Gerald Kahl and
Greta Nisser, and directing the Clerk of the Board to send letters of appreciation and
post Notices of Vacancy.
8. Accepting the resignation of Linda Botts from the Tuolumne County Child Care
Planning Council and the First 5 Tuolumne County Commission, and directing the
Clerk to send a letter of appreciation and post Notices of Vacancy.
9. Approving the reappointment of Linda Dick Bissonnette to the Historic Preservation
Review Commission (HPRC) for a term to expire December 31, 2011.

Wiese Architects for $197,000 for the remodel of the A.N. Francisco Building.

Vehicle Registration Fees.

13. Consideration of approving the Contract Agreement between Tuolumne County and
Seniority Lifecare at Home for the Management and Operation of Adult Day Health
Care, in an amount not to exceed $800,000 from February 1, 2009 to January 31,
2010.
14. Consideration of approving layoffs of all positions at Adult Day Health Care, effective
January 31, 2009.

from the Subaru dealership containing portions of APNs 043-110-35 and 043-132-41

Pedro, County Administrator, and Daniel Richardson, Deputy County Administrator.
20. Closed Session - Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Authority:
Government Code § 54956.8) for the Gardella/Martin properties at Old Wards Ferry

boundaries of Zoning Districts under the Tuolumne County Uniform
Zoning Ordinance by rezoning (05RZ-052) 2,615.0+ acres to AE-37:AP,
located on a private road approximately 1.25 miles west of LaGrange
Road and to the northwest of Lake Don Pedro Subdivision Unit 1;
APNs. 63-250-09, -10, -11, -260-01,-02, -04, -05 and -06.
4. Ordinance
Public hearing to consider TUOLUMNE COUNTY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, Ordinance (TC08-017) amending Titles
1, 12, and 15 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code to adopt the
following Codes: the 2007 Editions of the California Building,
Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Energy, Historical, Reference
Standards, and Fire Codes, the 2006 International Property
Maintenance Code, and the 2007 Edition of the National Fire Codes;
and to amend, repeal, and add Sections applicable to code compliance,
expiration of Building Permits, the location of electrical disconnects,
wood shake roof materials, abatement of dangerous buildings, and
aircraft storage hangars.

increased rates to reflect increase in the Consumer Price Index and
