Michelle Plotnik, AIA is a full service architectural firm providing complete architecture, planning and hourly consulting services for residential, commercial and public agency projects in the foothill and high sierra regions of California. Michelle can assist clients with site selection and evaluation, project programming, preliminary design and feasibility studies as well as with traditional design, construction drawing preparation and construction administration services. We are also available to consult with clients who simply want assistance in evaluating an existing building or site, preliminary design services or suggestions for improving a design they already have.
Michelle works with her clients to arrive at a design that not only fits the site, program and budget constraints of the client but also the lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and environmental goals of the client. We work with the best consultants and builders in the area and are happy to provide recommendations to other professionals where appropriate.
Michelle is a registered architect in the State of California and a Certified Green Building Professional. She has been providing architectural services in the foothill and high sierra regions since moving to Calaveras County is 1979. References are available upon request.
