Foothill Village will welcome the VA Mobile Medical Outreach Van on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System Mobile Medical Outreach will provide brief medical examinations, consultations, and referrals to all military veterans. NO appointment necessary!! Enrollment specialists, medical providers, and veterans service officers will be on site. If you are NOT currently in the VA system bring an extra copy of your DD214 discharge papers.
