Chef Jeanette McKee, Le Cordon Bleu graduate and former Calaveras resident, is going to share her passion for healthy cooking and baking. Her recipes are gluten free AND dairy free with little or no sugar and include: Gluten free loaded flatbread (hands on), colorful homemade hummus (3 types) organic date & orange infused crackers, roasted turmeric pepitas AND DARK CHOCOLATE AVOCADO CAKES!!!(hands on).
Class Fee is $40 per person
