Board of Supervisors are Back in Action Tuesday Morning

San Andreas, CA....Our Calaveras County Board of Supervisors are back in action Tuesday morning at 9am. Some of the agenda items being discussed are a RESOLUTION authorizing amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Weatherby-Reynolds-Fritson Engineering and Design for plan checking services, in an amount not to exceed $85,000, and extending term of existing agreement to December 31, 2008; MINUTE ORDER authorizing Board Chair to execute Standard Agreement 08-0122, between Calaveras County and CDFA, Weed Management, in an amount not to exceed $17,186.40, for Fiscal Years 2008/09; Dept. of Agriculture; RESOLUTION approving contract extension with California Forensic Medical Group, Inc., for medical services for jail inmates,; Sheriff - Board action: RESOLUTION adjusting the FY 2007-2008 budget for Calaveras County Sheriff, in the amount of $34,800.00, for payment of Kirchhoff & Associates contract; along with a BUDGET TRANSFER, for said amount, in conjunction therewith; (4/5 vote required) Sheriff; COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY Discussion and possible action re: the introduction/first reading of an ordinance approving revisions to Chapter 15.06 Flood Damage Prevention; Community Development Agency.
