San Andreas, CA...PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LEAD AGENCY: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2018-018 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FOR MARK TWAIN HEALTHCARE DISTRICT: The applicant is requesting re-approval of a previously approved Planned Development Permit approved by the Planning Commission in 2016. Prior to validation, the permit expired on December 31, 2017. With the exception of a slight modification to Phase I, the project is the same as the original application 2015-048 approved by the Planning Commission on June 9, 2016. The project site is a 12.44 acres parcel located on the southwest corner of Hwy 26 and Vista Del Lago. The APN’s are 073-049-010, 011, 012, 013 and 073-047-001. Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines, County staff prepared an addendum to the adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted with the 2016 project approval.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced project. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mt. Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.
Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
