(Live Streaming Now) ...Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Study Session On Cannabis Resumes This Morning

San Andreas, CA...(Quick summary....The Board will now review and absorb comments from the study session. The next special meeting on this issue is tentatively to be scheduled for June 20th.) After a closed session for labor negotiations the Board will resume the Cannabis Study session from last week. The study session is scheduled to resume at 10am. This study session is designed to allow the Board of Supervisors, County Departments and Calaveras County residents an opportunity to hear about and discuss the County’s current abatement efforts of illegal cannabis grows, the proposed ban of the cultivation of recreational cannabis in the County and alternatives to a complete ban.
