Officer Wilkinson To The Snowy Rescue
Bear Valley, CA...The San Andreas CHP received the following message: "After a fantastic day of snowboarding at Bear Valley, the chains on our Ford Expedition malfunctioned and we couldn't get down the mountain.
Luckily, Officer Wilkinson came to our rescue and good-naturedly helped us repair our chains three separate times, during a blustery snow storm. He then went the extra mile and escorted us down the mountain, all the while helping other stranded motorists along the way. He definitely wins our hero of the day award; had to take a photo to remember the event."
