search of his person and vehicle yielded no hammer. He requested no action be taken. I trespassed him from
Rp's property.

//Spoke with r/p who had received an email from a subject requesting pest service on a house that he had just
been purchased. He stated he was communicating only by email due to hearing problems and that he was in
the hospital and planned to move into the house for retirement upon discharge from the hospital. He requested
to pay for the $500 service but still owed the seller of the house $2500 which needed to be paid in order to
obtain the keys for the pest extermination. He asked the r/p for a favor to charge his credit card for $3000, keep
$500 and send $2500 to the seller in order to obtain the keys. The syntax of the email suggested foreign origin.

and yelling and screaming. Rp states the resps followed the driver down to the property and was flashing the
veh lights and trying to antagonize them. The driver pulled into the property and the gate closed behind them.
The resp is attempting to get inside the gate. Only description is the resp is wearing bro coveralls Assoc veh
is a small whi toyota-type car. . Disposition: Gone On Arrival.

Occurred on Shady Oak Dr, Sonora. Rpts that a truck pulled into her driveway and the rp heard screaming.
Resp has left
Summary: I responded to the RP's residence. The responsible vehicle drove off of the roadway and hit a rock. I
checked the area but was not able to locate the vehicle. The RP's husband also checked the area in his vehicle

looking for the responsible. K9 was barking a lot. When N4 found the subject he acknowledged he gave up
