Angels Camp, CA...The Mark Twain Elementary School District Board of Education is hosting a regular meeting on Thursday, October 13th. Part of the meeting will include a conference with a labor negotiator from Angels-Copperopolis Educators. One item on the agenda is the discussion and consideration of a retroactive salary increase.
