Summary: Upon arrival at the camp, we did not hear any unreasonable noise. There were several large groups
of campers, no one appeared to be causing any issues. We spoke to the manager of the campground, who
informed us noise levels were monitored and all loud noise was asked to be shut down by 2200 hours daily.
The manager informed us there was an ongoing civil issue with the neighbors and he thought they called and
complained to create an issue. After leaving the area for several minutes, we drove back through to re-check
the campground. No loud noise was heard coming from the campground and reaching Yankee Hill Rd. I
contacted the RP by phone to discuss the issue. The RP informed me there was ongoing civil litigation
between her and the campground. The RP asked several questions about activities associated with the
campground and was informed of the TCSO process for dealing with those issues. The RP was given

Summary: I met with the RP. She took me down stairs to the apartment that just had a few furniture items. She
said someone came in and brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the toilet. She also said someone put
cookies in the fridge. I did not see any signs of forced entry. The RP said she has not received the key back
from the tenant who moved out in January. The RP provided the name and number for the person. I spoke to
and she said she returned the house key when she moved out and everything that was left there was for the
RP to donate. She said the RP is delusional.
