rp rpts custody issues with her children and receiving harassing e-mails from her ex . rp states she has called
her local law enforcement agency but she would like someone to check on her children. rp does not have an
exact address for the responsible but is concerned about her children as she has not been allowed any contact
for the past three weeks.
Summary: Per the rp, her ex-husband has refused to let her speak with her children for the past three weeks
and is sending her harassing emails. During our conversation, the rp's story changed several times and she
was not able to provide me with specific details regarding the custody order. While on the phone, the rp
forwarded an email from her ex-husband. Upon review, I advised the rp the email did not appear harassing or
threatening. The rp disagreed and demanded I contact her ex-husband to see if the children were OK. I later
contacted the ex-husband and he explained his children contact the rp on a regular basis. However, the rp
recently blocked his phone number and the children have been unable to leave voicemails the past couple of
days. While the children were at school earlier today, the rp left the ex-husband a voicemail demanding they
call her back immediately. The ex-husband sent the rp an email, which I reviewed, explaining the children were
currently at school and have been unable to get through to the rp due to the number being blocked. In
addition, the ex-husband stated the rp has visitation with the children this weekend. Both parties requested
