Occurred on Columbia Wy, Sonora City. RP Rpts that Patricia "patty" Gallagher, 58 yoa of age is missing. RP
L/s Gallagher wearing a black sweater with hood and blue jeans. L/S seen at 1500-1530ish. Female is mentally ill
and not on medication but extremely confused. RP states that went to behavioral health today and they told
her to go see a doctor. Female L/s seen walking towards Sonora High. Sonora PD has not had contact. Subject
did not take anything with her and she has no cell phone.
