Angels Camp Body Shop Brings Fitness To Downtown
Angels Camp, CA...Downtown Angels Camp has a new fitness addition. The Jennifer Stock's Angels Camp Body Shop. It is also the first new business in the historic Utica Hotel that is coming back to life under new owners. The Angels Camp Body shop offers a variety of classes and programs to trim, tone and sculpt you into top form.
A bit more about the business and staff from their website...
In 2012 the dream of the Angels Camp Body Shop first came about when four best friends sat at a restaurant reminecing about the old Automotive Body Shop in town and the cars their fathers had reconditioned and restored when they were younger. The play on the word "BODY" and reconstructing that body for a strong life grew from there.
Located in what was once the Historic Utica Hotel in downtown Angels Camp the AC Body Shop has a TRX suspension training frame inside its 1,700sq foot space, Ballet Barres, and open space for ZUMBA, and Circuit Training. Variety to spice up your Fitness routine!
We offer a variety of classes for every level and style. Don't know what you like? Come visit a few of our classes and find out!
Early Morning MashUp: With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning and total body toning EMU will mash together TRX, circuit stations, Tabata and agility training.
Body Shop Training Camp: A class designed for all fitness levels. Mixing traditional athletic drills and body weight exercises with interval training and core strength. When noted this class will highlight the TRX straps. TRX
Ab Overhaul: 30min of abdominal and lower back exercises focused on improving core strength, balance and posture. A great way to compliment an earlier or later class...or you can do Ab Overhaul just on its own. $5.00
BASE: With strong roots on Buti Yoga, BASE combines energetic, innovative music~all the strength of TrainingCamp~the sass of burlesque and small isometric movements on the ballet barre. Leave your inhibitions at the door. E Please note class music has explicit lyrics where indicated.
Recondition Reconstruct Restore: The name says it all. Using light weights, the ballet barre and gentle stretching you will strengthen, tone and rejuvenate your body.
ZUMBA: A Latin and International dance inspired fitness class. Often described as "exercise in disguise" because you are burning calories while having so much fun!
**Please bring a mat, towel and plenty of water for class. Angels Camp Body Shop does not provide mats and towels.
