Betty Mae Anderson 1931 - 2015

Mountain Ranch, CA...Betty Mae Anderson passed away on September 14, 2015 at the age of 84. She was born on February 24, 1931 in Quincy, Illinois where she lived until she was 11. Her parents moved the family to Redwood City, California after the start of the depression. She met and married her husband of 54 years where they lived in the Santa Clara and Sunol area before moving to Mt. Ranch, CA where they lived for the last 37 yrs.

Betty and her husband raised and showed English Bulldogs for 40 years and decided that Mt. Ranch would be the perfect place to retire and keep the remaining Bulldogs they had left as pets. They belonged to the Bulldog Club of Northern California for over 50 years.

She is survived by her daughters Sandra Frates and Claudine Chase, sons-in-law LeRoy Frates and Greg Chase, 6 grandchildren, Lawrence Frates, LeAnn Frates. Jason Frates, Rebecca Moore, Daniel Anderson and Tara Cridland, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great- great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

She is predeceased by her husband Clyde E. Anderson, Jr., sons, William G. Anderson and Clyde E. Anderson III.
