State of Jefferson Town Hall Meeting San Andreas, Wednesday, October 14, 2015 sponsored by CCRP

San Andreas, CA...On Wednesday, October 14th, all who live in Calaveras, Amador and Tuolumne Counties are invited to attend a Town Hall Meeting, sponsored by the Calaveras County Republican Party. Our guest speaker will be Steve Baird, representing the State of Jefferson. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM., at the Metropolitan Event Center, 55 Main Street, San Andreas. Efforts to form a 51st State have been growing in your neighboring rural counties, whose residents have grown tired of not having a voice in government, where actions and decisions are based on the voters from greater Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas.

State of Jefferson supporters are looking to form the 51st State, that will offer equitable
representation, at both the state and federal levels, as well as more local control and a larger voice for its citizens. This is all about representation and smaller government.

At this time, 10 counties have signed declarations, to remove their counties from the State of California, with some having already filed with the state. The same efforts are underway and nearing their goals in El Dorado, Placer and eight other counties.

If you are one of the many rural county citizens who feel you have been over taxed, over
regulated, in a state whose government has grown so large - that it is drowning in bureaucracy - then you are encouraged to attend the meeting and learn more about this smaller government concept. Join the thousands who are taking a stand for a brighter future for their children and grandchildren. See you in San Andreas on October 14th !
