Irish Family Vineyards Played Host to a Fantastic Christmas Party on Saturday Eve to Benefit The Wounded Warrior Project!
Vallectio, CA....Irish Family Vineyards played host for a wonderful cause Saturday evening at their Annual Christmas Fundraiser! This year's cause was the "Wounded Warrior Project." Guests were asked to donate $10 along with one unwrapped children's gift. Live music was provided by by David Metlidi of DV Music Production. Irish offered their guests wine tastings, festive appetizers, dancing, barrel tastings and mingling and tingling. Owner, Rusell Irish even opened up a very special 2006 Reserve for some of the guests. Father, Jim Irish, did the barrel tasting along with providing some very impressive information on the making of Irish Family Wines and how unique they are to other wines. ....
He stated, his son, Winemaker Russell, is very selective about what goes into the bottle. It is about Russell's palate and what he feels is the best fit for his customers. It it isn't what he likes he will not sell it. It was a great time had by all for a great cause!
