Independence Hall Quilters Announce Quilt Faire Honors
Murphys, CA...Independence Hall Quilters held a successful Quilt Faire at Ironstone Vineyards on October 10, 11 and 12. We are a friendly and community service oriented group of craftspeople meeting weekly at Independence Hall Community Center, 1445 Blagen Road, Arnold.
Visitors are always welcome Mondays 9am-4pm. (we do not meet in July & August)
Bring your handwork and a bag lunch and join us to share the blessing of busy hands and friendly fellowship.
Arnold is situated in California’s Gold Country, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, located about halfway between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, at about 4,000 ft. elevation.
This area is well known as a recreational and vacation area including the town of Murphys, the “Queen of the Sierras”, the Calaveras Big Trees Grove of majestic giant redwoods, and Bear Valley, one of California’s better ski areas.
