"America The Beautiful" It Was .....in Arnold This Morning for Arnold's Annual Parade~Video by Dylan Richardson

Arnold, CA...The 4th of July means a lot of different things to Americans. The flags, BBQ, a family get together, or vacation. The flags wave tall and proud up and down Hwy 4 and it brings a smile to my face. Just knowing that people want to support their country and celebrate it makes my chest swell with pride. This Holiday is still sore with losing a brave young man Lance CPL Gavin Brummund. The community has showed their support in many ways and for some reason the flags seem to be more abundant, visible, and meaningful not just to me but to everyone. Jenny Cantrell's version of the National Anthem was powerful and made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I could tell that I wasn't the only one with goose bumps in the crowd. Jenny is a singer for the local band Chains Required and after that performance its required that I go see some of her vocal talents with her band elsewhere. Please take a look at the video enclosed below and thank you.

"I fly atop the world's tallest buildings.
"I stand watch in America's halls of justice.
I fly majestically over great institutes of learning.
I stand guard with the greatest military power in the world.
Look up! And see me!

I stand for peace, honor, truth, and justice.
I stand for freedom.
I am confident . . . I am arrogant.
I am proud". SMSgt. Don S. Miller, USAF (Ret.) Poem Old Glory
