ADDENDUM

15a. Minute Order Clarifying Section 6 of the Employment Agreement between CCOG and Executive Director to be inclusive of Longevity Pay-ACTION

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the CCOG approve a Minute Order which clarifies that Longevity Pay is included in Section 6 of the Employment Agreement between the CCOG and Executive Director. The effective date of this action would be the pay period beginning April 25, 2009.

DISCUSSION:

On May 1, 2009, the Administrative Committee met to discuss this item. After review of the employment agreement, and the Memorandum of Understanding between Calaveras County and Miscellaneous employees, which was in effect at the time the Executive Director was hired, it was clarified that longevity pay is applicable.
